Progress!!

The runner's high is an addictive feeling. Being able to gauge that my training is paying off is such a rewarding feeling. I am now looking forward to my upcoming races and my results. 

This is a short entry........not much to say except 'I'm ecstatic!'. A big pat on the back methinks.
